Goals and sprints
Track your writing goals, and use short-term goals called sprints to help you write more.
Goals
There are two types of goals:
Time-based - have a start and end date and word count target.
Story-based - assign a story and have a word count target.
You can set up goals on the goals page.
This page also shows other statistics that you may find useful:
Current streak - your current daily streak of writing - even writing just one word will maintain your streak!
Best streak - your longest streak of daily writing.
Words all-time - the total number of words (in scenes) you have written - words of imported stories don't count, only words you wrote into the scene editor.
Words today - how many words you have written today.
You can set your timezone in your user settings so that the day resets at midnight the correct time for you.
Sprints
Sprints are short-term goals that you set, activate, and complete directly within the right drawer of your scene editor.
These are so you can do a short burst with a timer and count how many words you wrote in the given time!

You can access a full log of your past sprints in the goals screen.
